OUR FOUNDER STORY
All Teams Culture started on a football field
Kendelle and Samantha- or “Kenny and Sammy” as they were known to their teammates 25 years ago- met playing the game they both love.
Over the years that followed as teammates, their friendship grew through the same things that make any good team work- trust, honesty, showing up for each other and backing each other through the hard seasons.
OUR FOUNDER STORY
As their careers took them into different workplaces, they kept coming back to the same conversation.
They had seen what happens when teams have excellent leadership, a strong culture and the tools to ride the ups and downs of the seasons of change. When these aligned, the teams were always successful.
In March 2025, they turned that conversation into All Teams Culture (ATC). Today, every member of the ATC team brings a background in sport, coaching and leadership at work, and the key skills we believe define success in every team.
