KENDELLE TRELOAR

Co Founder & Director​

Kendelle has spent nearly a decade in law enforcement and a decade in culture and change leadership. She has led large-scale transformation across government, business and sports clubs. Kendelle specialises in culture transformation, leadership development and complex change strategy. She is a certified Prosci Practioner, Lean Change Agent, accredited Organisational Coach, with formal qualifications in Science Communications and Journalism. People leave Kendelle's sessions feeling inspired, equipped with practical tools they can apply straight away, and with far more clarity than when they walked in.

LOUISE FRAME

Strategic Advisor - Change Management, Leadership and Culture

Louise has more than a decade of experience in organisational change, learning and development, and culture transformation. A qualified Prosci and Lean Change practitioner with a Diploma in Leadership and Management, she is a skilled facilitator who creates safe, collaborative environments for learning and change. Louise brings a deep understanding of behavioural change, culture activation, and leadership development, helping organisations embed accountability and sustain momentum.

SAMANTHA ENGEL

Co Founder & Director​

Samantha brings more than 20 years of experience working with organisations and teams across corporate, government, community and not for profit sectors. Through large scale events, stakeholder engagement and program delivery, she repeatedly saw that clear plans and messaging did not always produce clear behaviour. Teams often understood expectations but acted based on relationships, pressure and interpretation. She leads ATC’s operations, marketing and communications, ensuring culture and leadership ideas translate into practical, everyday actions. Samantha combines her background in engagement, media and experience design to help organisations move from stated values to consistent behaviour with clarity and accountability.

LIZ QUINN

Former AFLW Culture and Leadership Coach, High Performing Teams Specialist and  Keynote Speaker

Liz brings extensive leadership and coaching experience from both elite sport and corporate environments. As a former AFLW Culture & Leadership Coach at the Richmond Football Club and Director of Clutch Leadership, she has designed and delivered leadership programs that align purpose, values, and performance. A military veteran with over 20 years of service, Liz is known for her ability to foster trust, connection, and accountability within teams. Her coaching integrates adaptive and strengths-based leadership models to help leaders operationalise strategy and embed behaviours that drive sustained performance.

HANNAH GILL

Strategic Advisor - Culture and Business Leadership

Hannah has nearly 20 years’ experience working in and leading teams across real estate, business development, and operations, she has spent her career helping organisations evolve through clarity, culture, and better ways of working. Alongside her consulting work, Hannah holds senior leadership roles across the real estate industry and regularly contributes through speaking, media, and strategic collaboration. ‍ She is currently Deputy President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, and President of The Real Estate Institute of the ACT. She was awarded ACT Telstra Business Woman of the Year (Medium and Large business) in 2020 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

CARLY WILSON

Former WNBL Player, Current WNBL Commentator and Keynote Speaker

Carly is a celebrated former WNBL player with a 17-season professional career, two championships, and a Commonwealth Games gold medal. She is a WNBL commentator, and sought-after keynote speaker on culture, grit, and resilience. Carly draws on her elite sporting background to inspire organisations to build cultures based on teamwork, trust, and high performance.
